Where can you find us?

While we predominately work in the Great Lakes Region we will travel for large commercial jobs requiring onsite staging  across the continental US by request and schedule availability.

We are also frequently on location in the San Juan Islands of Washington State in the summer time and can put you on a schedule/waiting list to execute repairs when there.

If you follow our curing/drying directions and allow the piece to rest for the required timeframe the repair will hold.  Should our repair fail within 30 days we will come back at no charge to inspect and correct? Should the failure be found to have been driven by an outside force the trip visit will apply as well as any cost to re -repair.
  • Our employees will be respectful of your home and time. Wear booties, be neat, clean, have logo’ d shirts and carry appropriate ID. We will further introduce you via email with a photo of the technician to expect.
  • Employees have been background checked for your safety within the past seven years.
  • Our team members all speak English as a first language and are authorized to work in the US.

Your Service Call:

  • The night before your service call; You will receive a text, email or phone call at your preference to remind you of the appointment.
  • While in route to your service call we will again text, email or call at your preference to give you an approximate arrival time.
  • Our technician will ensure that he leaves  behind directions on how to care for your new repair. This will also include a link to a BRIEF (we know you are busy) survey, but it is our goal to provide excellent service and we cannot improve without your input. We would be very grateful for your feedback and by taking the survey you are entitled to a 10% discount if our services are used again in the next six months.
  • For our commercial accounts we offer reporting at regular intervals. We can track repair types, kinds, etc and make service quality recommendations to help you control and decrease future cost. We are all also happy to simplify the commercial experience by creating a shared services site such as within Google Drive so you can access information pertaining to your accounts at any time. Type your paragraph here.
